Tasting Notes A semi-sparkling wine with a nice ruby color. The nose has a predominance of red fruit, fig, watermelon and jam nuances. In the mouth it is fruity, smooth, elegant with a touch of spritz and freshness from the Atlantic influence.
Vinification/Maturation Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. A minimum of 2 months in bottle.
