Tasting Notes Of crystal clear lemon-yellow that is semi-sparkling. The nose is fruity, young and fresh. The flavor holds lemon/lime citrus fruit, fresh acidity and a splash effervesence.
Vinification/Maturation Off skin fermentation at controlled temperature (14/15ºC). A minimum of 1 month in the bottle before release.
