Tasting Notes Complex, slightly vinous and full bodied with aromas of wild berries. Mouth coating yet very well balanced on a strong full body.
Vinification/Maturation Selection of the best grapes. Destemming and full bunch fermentation with grape skins until complete sugar fractioning followed by malolactic fermentation. Racking/Soutirage then clarified using egg albumin. Tartaric and coloring stabilization, final membrane filtration before bottling.
