Tasting Notes Ruby red, forming foam with a slightly vinous and delicate fragrance in addition to its sparkling complexion. A delicate, yet full bodied wine.
Vinification/Maturation Selection of the best grapes. Destemming followed by fermentation with grape skins on. Malolactic fermentation then racking/soutirage. Clarified and filtered with tartaric and coloring stabilization. Bottled and fermented for at least 12 months with Rémuage. Désgorgement followed by corking and wire capping. Bottle aged 3 months before release.
