Tasting Notes Bright fruity character with loads of wild berry aromas. The palate is fresh and well-balanced with bright, clean, smooth and ever so lightly sweet flavors.
Vinification/Maturation Selection of the best grapes.  Must drop extraction.  Decantation (24 hours at 14 C). Controlled fermentation between 16-18 c, followed by racking/Soutirage. Primary filtration then storage and cold stabilization. Final membrane filtering before bottling.
