Dory Red 2014 (IGP)

In the restless waters of the North Atlantic dories used to wander through the night, amidst a fog that always brought cold and solitude with it. There was nothing but the fisherman, the fishing line unraveling between his hands, the codfish he sought for, and a couple of paddles that allowed him to return. The Dory wine is a tribute to those days, a well-deserved homage to those who always believed in the Oceanic strength of dream, to those who gave so much of themselves to provide for others, a courageous display worthy of the most beautiful stories, the past allowing us to write our present.

Tasting Notes Bright ruby color with an aromatic intensity, delivering notes of violet, wild berries, cassis and pepper. Its fruitiness resurfaces on a juicy palate. A very elegant and fine wine with appealing tannins.
Vinification/Maturation Pre-fermentation maceration for two days, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (22-25º C) for two weeks. Partial aged in used french oak barrels.
