Tasting Notes A full bodied wine with a great structure and complexity. Soft, round, sweet tannins with notes of dark chocolate and ripe berries.
Vinification/Maturation Following the traditional method of treading with fermentation in controlled temperature. 6 months in new French oak.
Technical info Best served between 18-20ºC. Perfectly complements traditional dishes, desserts and cheese.
