Tasting Notes An intense violet wine, ellegant aroma of flowers and wild berries. It’s a wine that feels round and silky upon tasting with soft, lingering tannins and a lasting finish.
Vinification/Maturation Following the traditional method of treading with fermentation in controlled temperature. 6 months in new French oak.
Technical info Best served between 18-20ºC. Perfectly complements traditional dishes, desserts and cheese.
