QP Colheita Red 2013

Tasting Notes A bright garnet color and aroma of ripe red berries, floral and spice notes from the oak, making it a complex wine. It feels smooth, intense, with firm round tannins and a well structured body with a deep, lingering aftertaste.
Vinification/Maturation The grapes were manually selected and harvested and fermented in inox barrel with controlled temperature, followed by maceration. 12 months in new French oak
Technical info Best served between 16-18ºC. Ideally paired with grilled dishes and red meat.
