Tasting Notes A bright red wine with hints of orange, shows an intense complex aroma of oaked ripe fruit exorting notes of chocolate, raisins and spices. On the palate, it has a full-bodied, smooth and velvety feel.
Vinification/Maturation This wine was produced during an extraordinarily unique year. The grapes were manually harvested with special care in a selective way. Vinification was based on the traditional methods of treading, followed by a period of maceration. 12 months in french oak followed by 14 months bottled
