A new look at the Bairrada region to discover modern and elegant wines. The experience of over 80 years of winemaking has allowed a rare insight of this unique region, where the grape Baga is king.

Tasting Notes Very attractive aroma focused on fresh fruit, with notes of wild berries and herbs. The soft and balanced texture is filled with ripe red strawberries, cherries and cooking spices.

Vinification/Maturation Manual grape harvest for 20Kgs cases, grapes are destemmed, temperature controlled fermentation in steel vats at 27ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
